Beginning her career at just 15 years old, Andrea has built her reputation on continuous education, exceptional client experiences, and a genuine love for her craft. Specialising in blonding, balayage, colour corrections, and transformative colour work. She is believes in creating hair that not only looks beautiful but makes her clients feel confident.

As a CPR Education Ambassador and Gamma+ Ambassador, Andrea is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry, sharing knowledge, refining her skills, and helping elevate the standards of hairdressing both within her salon and throughout the wider industry.

Beyond the salon chair, Andrea is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of stylists and creating a workplace where her team can grow, thrive, and build rewarding careers. Her vision for Soul has always been simple: beautiful hair, meaningful connections, and a salon experience that leaves people feeling their best.

Ash is the Co-Director of Soul Hair Studio, a proud mum, and one of the driving forces behind the salon's culture, education, and client experience.

Joining Soul as an employee, Ash's dedication, leadership, and passion for the industry saw her progress through the ranks to become Co-Director and business partner. Her journey is a true reflection of her commitment to growth, both personally and professionally.

As a CPR Education Ambassador, Ash is passionate about continuous learning and sharing her knowledge with both clients and the next generation of stylists. She is always refining her skills and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.

Known for her love of bright blondes, extensions, and lived-in colour, Ash combines technical excellence with a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful. Her warm, approachable nature and commitment to exceptional client care make her a valued leader within the Soul team and a favourite among clients.

Tiff is Soul Hair Studio's Salon Coordinator and Master Stylist, playing a pivotal role in both the day-to-day operations of the salon and the exceptional experience our clients have come to expect.

A proud mum with a genuine passion for people, Tiff brings warmth, organisation, and positivity to everything she does. Whether she's supporting clients at the front desk, coordinating the salon behind the scenes, or creating beautiful hair in the chair, she is dedicated to ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed and cared for.

As a Master Stylist, Tiff is committed to continuous growth and education, always refining her skills to stay current with the latest techniques and trends. Her passion for the industry, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, makes her an invaluable part of the Soul team.

Known as the backbone of the salon, Tiff helps keep everything running smoothly while delivering the high standard of service, professionalism, and care that Soul Hair Studio is known for.

Immy is a Master Stylist and a doting mother to her adorable babies. She possesses an inherent passion for the art of hairstyling. She finds a thrill in the transformative power of hair, and the ever-evolving industry that continually inspires her personal & professional growth.

For Immy, hair is more than just strands; it's a medium of self-expression, an integral part of our daily ritual, and holds profound emotional impact. She has always cherished the experience of having her own hair styled, as it leaves her feeling uplifted and radiating confidence. It is this feeling that drives Immy's dedication to her craft, fueled by her desire to create this experience onto her clients.

With five years in the industry, Aaliyah has built a reputation for being a true perfectionist. Whether she's creating seamless blondes, precision colour work or the perfect cut, she's committed to making sure every detail is just right.

Aaliyah is also our extension specialist, trained across all extension methods. Whether it's adding length and volume or creating a complete transformations - she loves tailoring every application to suit her client's lifestyle and goals while ensuring the most natural-looking result.

What Aaliyah loves most about hairdressing is helping people feel confident in themselves. Her calm nature, eye for detail and genuine care mean every client leaves her chair feeling their absolute best.

Meet Kyra, one of our talented Emerging Stylists whose creativity, passion and drive continue to make waves in the industry.

Kyra believes hair is so much more than what we see in the mirror. It's a form of self-expression, confidence and identity. Whether it's a subtle change or a complete transformation, she loves helping clients feel more like themselves every time they sit in her chair. 

Her talent has already been recognised on some of Australia's biggest stages. In 2025, Kyra won the CPR ROAR Mane Event, and in 2026 she returned as a finalist. She was also named a finalist in the 2026 AHIA Apprentice of the Year Awards and the 2026 Curate Awards Regional Cut and Colour Finalist, reflecting her commitment to continually learning, growing and pushing herself creatively.

Proudly LGBTQIA+ and First Nations, Kyra is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where every client feels seen, valued and celebrated. She loves exploring creative colour, alternative styles and the latest trends, while never losing sight of creating hair that makes her clients feel amazing.

Always learning and always striving to be better, Kyra brings warmth, creativity and genuine passion to every appointment, and she's only just getting started.

Meet Ava, one of our Emerging Stylists whose passion for learning and creativity is taking her places.

Ava is always chasing the next opportunity to grow, constantly refining her skills and embracing new techniques. She has a particular love for all things blonde and enjoys creating bright, beautiful hair while continuing to build her confidence behind the chair.

A standout moment in Ava's journey so far was placing in the Top 3 at the CPR ROAR Mane Event in her very first competition, a huge achievement that reflects her dedication, talent and willingness to step outside her comfort zone.

When she's not in the salon, you'll find her at the speedway track racing cars. Whether she's behind the chair or behind the wheel, Ava brings determination, energy and heart to everything she does.

Meet Hallie, our School-Based Apprentice and one of the quiet achievers of the Soul team.

Hallie has a calm, thoughtful approach to everything she does. She listens deeply, takes on every piece of advice and is always eager to learn, making her a joy to mentor. Watching her confidence grow with every new skill has been incredibly rewarding.

She loves being part of the Soul team and is excited to continue learning from the experienced stylists around her. Right now, she's especially looking forward to mastering colour work and foiling, while building a strong foundation for a long career in the industry.
